This prosper location needs alot of management help. Very poor leadership. No one works together which results in chaos. The... customers are the ones that end up with the wrong made coffee and waiting on pastries that weren't relayed to the person who wasin charge of heating them. This review is from allowing 4 times for this to happen and thinking that the drive thru was theproblem but it's the whole entire way they run this location. I am a firm believer that a business is only as strong as itsleader. I live within 3 min from sweetwater I'll probably be going there until the Starbucks that we've long awaited for in thearea to get it together. On Saturday not even rush hour morning. They couldn't communicate to make it right for severalcustomers. I stood and waited on my 3 drinks and pastries for 30 min. There were several drinks being put to the side I wouldimagine for customers who ordered through the app. They would be pleased to realize that it would be cold by the time they gotthere. End of this review is going find a manager to get order in that store. There's no way people will continue to put upwith that kind of service. Read more
A sincere Thank You to this location. I?ve driven thru this location so many time always having a good experience but today... this location was absolutely above & beyond amazing with their kindness. They could tell it had been a challenging day and whenI pulled to the window they said ?this one is on us?. Immediate tears - I was overcome with their kindness. This is anincredible example of how people can make a difference with a simple act of kindness?so grateful to the Starbucks team forrecognizing and acting upon this very thoughtful gesture. Not like a reserve store I?m accustomed to. They are more like a Starbucks brick and mortar store. A reserve store have their... menus at the door when you walk in. The only reserve menu they had was clipped to the glass next to the register. They shouldconsider having menus at the door. This will help lessen the line. Read more
This is the slowest drive-thru of any Starbucks ever. Don't bother coming here if you are in any kind of hurry....Are they... understaffed?? Its been this way since the first time I started coming here in late 2021. No matter the time of day. Read more

Stopped in today with my kiddo for some sweet treats to the new location in Prosper off Preston and 380. She got a birthday cake... cake pop and a pink drink and I had a hot chocolate with pumpkin spice, pretty delish. This location had a much morecontemporary vibe than the other Starbucks I have been to. That long upholstered bench looks so comfy! They also had a groupingof chairs in the corner that looked pretty cozy as well. We opted to sit outside and they had some comfy upholstered chairs outthere as well It was pretty busy when we went during a Sunday around 3:00 but the staff was friendly and we got our thingspretty quickly. Prosper has a great place to gather at this Starbucks! It?s the hub of the community and a wonderful place to get your coffee... and meet with friends.
