Manager was VERY rude! She handled my food with NO GLOVES after counting DIRTY MONEY! I cannot believe this, I usually have a... great experience at this 711! But this manger needs to go and QUICK! Website and signs say open till 8pm, and this is the second time I?ve gone in around 7pm and the workers have already put up the... pans of meat!! They need to honor the hours of operation. Read more
I stop here periodically when I'm in area and I have noticed a pretty high turnover. Recently they got some new employees who... really seem to care about their jobs and the customer and their quality has improved drastically. A few months ago I might havegiven a 3 star review. One in particular, Shanon, is exceptionally hard working (and entertaining, lol) and I wish some of myemployees were so dedicated. Definitely my go to place when I'm working in the area. Read more
You will have a better experience at taco bell sadly and i hate taco bell it hurts my stomach and makes me sick but i would... rather eat there that ever eat here! I worked here a while back and at first I thought it was going to be a fun experience but Iwalked in with no experience. And Ms. V the manager just expects you to know things that were never taught to you. If you wantto know why the employees don't know the names of any of the foods they serve its because she tells you once and expects you tojust know. Our egg machine was broken and I was the best egg cracker they had and instead of putting people where they areneeded to be she put them where they had not even been trained to do and left them unsupervised with little to no instructionsand expects you to do it all in an ungodly amount of time. An example was when she tried to have me make 100 sandwiches in anhour and 50 of those sandwiches each took 2-3 minutes to make because if you've ever made a road warrior then you know it's notso easy especially if you've never made them before. I really wanted to see her make 100 sandwiches in an hour but I'm prettysure thats nearly impossible. But things like this was on a daily basis. I really hope things turn around but reading the recentreviews I really don't think it has or ever will. This company is slowly crumbling. Read more
