Manager was VERY rude! She handled my food with NO GLOVES after counting DIRTY MONEY! I cannot believe this, I usually have a... great experience at this 711! But this manger needs to go and QUICK! You will be losing a very valued customer is this issue isnot resolved. I?m seriously disappointed??. Never coming back?.. Read more

Website and signs say open till 8pm, and this is the second time I?ve gone in around 7pm and the workers have already put up the... pans of meat!! They need to honor the hours of operation. Read more

I stop here periodically when I'm in area and I have noticed a pretty high turnover. Recently they got some new employees who... really seem to care about their jobs and the customer and their quality has improved drastically. A few months ago I might havegiven a 3 star review. One in particular, Shanon, is exceptionally hard working (and entertaining, lol) and I wish some of myemployees were so dedicated. Definitely my go to place when I'm working in the area. Read more

You will have a better experience at taco bell sadly and i hate taco bell it hurts my stomach and makes me sick but i would... rather eat there that ever eat here! I worked here a while back and at first I thought it was going to be a fun experience but Iwalked in with no experience. And Ms. V the manager just expects you to know things that were never taught to you. If you wantto know why the employees don't know the names of any of the foods they serve its because she tells you once and expects you tojust know. Our egg machine was broken and I was the best egg cracker they had and instead of putting people where they areneeded to be she put them where they had not even been trained to do and left them unsupervised with little to no instructionsand expects you to do it all in an ungodly amount of time. An example was when she tried to have me make 100 sandwiches in anhour and 50 of those sandwiches each took 2-3 minutes to make because if you've ever made a road warrior then you know it's notso easy especially if you've never made them before. I really wanted to see her make 100 sandwiches in an hour but I'm prettysure thats nearly impossible. But things like this was on a daily basis. I really hope things turn around but reading the recentreviews I really don't think it has or ever will. This company is slowly crumbling. Read more

1) Staff your location properly. I understand it costs money, but it costs more to have bad reviews and customers walking out or... never returning. Spend a penny to make a dollar. 2) I understand you may be short-staffed, but at least move like you have a jobyou were hired to do. 3) When there's a line, do a lot less turning and talking and a lot more working. Not everyone did this, but half the staff did and the other half was just... so slow. 4) Set a limit on in-store orders. If someone walks into thestore and orders 50 tacos on the spot, either MOVE LIKE SOMEONE JUST ORDERED 50 TACOS or tell them it will be ready in an hour. It's not difficult. 5) Adding onto that last one, don't pull people who are in the back of the line to the front of the lineahead of the six other people who were waiting. 6) Prep prep prep. Too many bins were missing their food. I understand making itfresh, but don't let it run out before you make more. That's just sloppy. I've managed a Taco Bell, Taco Cabana, and a gasstation and I have NEVER seen such a horribly run location, except maybe the Sonic in Prosper. It would take one competentmanager to identify weak points and bolster them. It's a real shame, too, because it was word-of-mouth praise that led me hereto begin with. Wish I could praise the food, but I have no idea what it tastes like. After being next in line for 10 minutes andthen having you pull someone you know from the back to the front of the line so they can order literally 50 tacos while you allmove slowly and talk, I decided to just get breakfast at Taco Bell instead. When the manager is there it runs smoothly and they have everything available. The food is fresh and delicious. But???When she... isn?t there it is terrible. I see 2 ppl standing around while 1 employee will work their butt off. Was there for breakfastbefore 10am and they are using the grill for lunch prep. They were out of bacon and egg so I ordered egg and potato. Got homeand the taco had opened in the bag, had grease all over my leather seats and all the contents fell out when I went to open thebrown bag. I like the place, I wish it wasn?t such a hit or miss. They just don?t care and it has become progressively worse. Today at 7:00 am they had eggs with veggies only. It?s 3 hours... before lunch is served. Make more! Very unreliable so I?m no longer going. The coffee in the 7-11 is bad too. I think they needto clean the machine or perhaps they are putting dark roast beans in the house blend tray. Read more
