First time dining at the Texas Roadhouse. We went to the Prosper location early thinking that we would beat the crowds but boy... were wrong! This place was packed with a 40 minute wait at 5:30 PM. Ordered the half rack of ribs with mashed potatoes, whitegravy and a creaser salad. The ribs were tender and fell off the bone. Overall good but really did have great flavor. Absolutely filthy and had over 20 employees standing around. Normally very understanding but this was 8 PM on a Sunday and... apparently “the manager was out”. Edit to clarify: restaurant was very quiet and had multiple empty booths. Read more

First time trying these guys out. Very Happy. We had the boneless chicken wings, as an appetizer, mild, and they were good. ... You might want the hot, as even I thought they could have bumped it up a notch or three. Then Sweetie ordered the grilledchicken salad....taking half the chicken home for another salad, good sized portions. I had the single grilled pork chop withmashed potatoes and brown gravy and green beans. The green beans are SO GOOD. You gotta go by and try them! The chop wastender and juicy, and a peppercorn sauce was delightful. I thought my dear grandma was locked in their kitchen....really good. No room for desserts, but we can find our way back later. We frequent this restaurant for dine in OFTEN & each time I come I get the critter salad. My first time ordering to go was a... couple of weeks ago and it was such a success we did it again tonight! Trinity took special care to ensure our steaks were made as ordered asking us to cut into them b4 she left the table???? Nice... touch. I tried a keylime margarita that was fabulous!
