Wingstop is definitely running to the ground. This locations employees seems like they have no training and don?t care at all.... It?s as if they hire anyone and the managers and bosses aren?t any better! I asked for a refund since I got a flat and couldn?tmake it in time. One person told me 3-5 business days and the ?manger? said 7-10 days. Then she told me her boss writes down allthe names to the people that needed a refund then comes back and tells me yeah I don?t see your name but I?m pretty sure it wentthrough. Very unorganized you as a manger or boss should keep track of your refunds. I mean that?s how most jobs do it so thisis ridiculous! Read more

Placed an online order at 11:03 PM. App said 15-21 minutes. I arrived in 23 minutes. Order shows completed on the app. I give... them my name. 5 minutes pass by and another guy asks for my name. He then finds my order printed on the printer but it wasn?tstarted yet. So I placed an order at 11:03 with the expectation it would be ready around 11:25 and I see him putting my foodinto the fryer. What is the point of ordering online if the order doesn?t get started until I arrive in the store? I expect Iwill get my food by 11:45 or so, about 45 minutes after I placed the order. No wonder y?all have so many bad reviews? Read more

Tried this location for delivery twice. First time missing all of our fries. Order took hours to get here. All they offered is... for us to pick up the missing fries if we wanted them bc they were having issues finding delivery drivers to take theirrequests. Asked for a partial refund, and they said they processed a refund for the portion for fries. Never got it. Iunderstand there are bad days so I tried again today. Spent $80 to get cold wings and fries, missing all dipping sauces andveggies after 2 ½ hours. Currently on hold for 20 minutes to try and speak with someone to "fix" this. Stay away from thislocation for any type of delivery order. Read more

Earlier this week I ordered a 3 piece chicken tender meal. I do eat at this Wingstop regularly, and the food is normally cooked... well. Unfortunately, this was not the case this last time. The chicken was so greasy that it soaked two paper towel trying tosqueeze the grease out. I hope this will not be the case in the future, but I have lost my taste for Wingstop for now. Read more

I got a notification from Wingstop on National Wing Day to get 5 free wings with any order. We thought it would be a good... option for dinner. We love Wingstop wings, and their fries and sides! I placed an order from the app, it told me I could pickup in an hour. Showed up at the location, and literally waited another 2 hours to get our food!! Worst food experience ever. Mass chaos, employees were ridiculously overwhelmed, and there were literally over 20 people in the store waiting. One customercame in so irate, that he caused a scene, the Manager called the cops, and they showed up. Why would they take that manyorders, if they knew they didn't have the staff to handle it??! And did they give me some extras or a gift certificate to useat a later date? Did the corporate office send me anything or even respond to my complaint on their site?? Nope... I placed a delivery order using the Wingstop app. Once the food arrived we noticed we were missing items (not the first time). I... called the location and was told they would refund me for the missing items. I told them I did not want a refund. I wanted themissing items I paid for since I had two kids with no dinner. I was then told I could drive up to Wingstop to pick it up. I letthem know that I would like it delivered since I had already paid for the delivery fee. The employee then told me that theywould not do that. I then asked to speak to the manager and he said he was the manager. At this point the employee said I wasbeing rude and hung up on me. I then drive to the store to get the items since I really didn't have a choice. After waiting inthe lobby almost 30 minutes I had to leave to pick my son up. Needless to say I never got the missing items. Later that eveningI explained what had happened on the Wingstop site. This morning I received a gift card for $5. What a joke. I spent $160 onthis order. This location has serious staffing issues and the employees really don't care about taking care of customers. If Iwas the owner of this location I would look into some training for my employees. They are running your business into theground. Read more

Very Disappointed!! First, I was ordered all flat and mistake; came out are mix and one of the order don't even have flat... wings; second, one of the wings only Fried without bother to put any sauce on it..the worst wings ever that I ever know. Needmore training to take the correct order!! Read more
