WARNING: If you plan to order at this restaurant, absolutely AVOID doing so on our beloved Cowboys game day.. or any major... sporting event. The line and wait for food is well over an hour, even if your app says it’s completed. If you do decide toignore my advice, you’ll have to wait in a restaurant packed full of other angry and hangry customers (which is arguablyworse). Plus let’s all agree that time goes by twice as slow while waiting while hangry. Right?? If you can’t go withoutyour wittle game day chicken wangs…just prepare a little and order an hour before you wanna pickup, have another 30 minutes asa buffer. Simple. Now with that said, I want to add a grain of salt to what other reviews are saying here. Yes the crew here isunderstaffed.. honestly if you live up here you probably already knew that since most other business have the exact same issue.Second, customers beating on them with complaints sure dosent help overall moral (mine included)Put yourself in their shoeswhile you hangry wait and pout, and refrain from ganging up on the staff. I am still giving this location 2 stars so corporatewill notice this message.. and yeah in 2022, really poor that IT can’t fix the app. Obviously that’s not the staffs fault atthis restaurant.. so y’all quit taking it out on them. Just received my order a few mins ago and I was supposed to get 4 lemon pepper and 4 Louisiana rub. They got half right. The... other half I have no idea what flavor that is but it's not Louisiana rub. I called and they said it will be ANOTHER 30 mins tofix my order. I already waited an additional 30 mins just to get my food. (I placed the order online to be ready by 12:30 anddidn't get it until 1pm). I requested a refund and they claim they will have a manager do it when she gets back. Craziness! Read more

Bought chicken yesterday and man. It was packed and a lot of people ordered to go food. The staff was working their butts off to... get orders on and the girl at the front was doing a great job managing all the people and phone calls. I’d bet most of the badreviews have to do with a wait time. It could just be a busy store. I had a great experience. Read more

Don’t waste your time coming here, I mean it when I say this. I’ve given this location chance after chance and they continue... to mess up my order time after time. This time it drew the line for me. Not only did they not give me the hot wing sauce Iordered (hot lemon) but they gave me SPOILED RANCH. This is not ranch, blue cheese, or sour cream. This has the taste ofsomething that went BAD. Not only do they mess up your order, the staff is rude and unprofessional. Giggling at customersbecause they speak a different language. This location definitely needs a whole new management system, people who know how torun a business and provide exceptional customer service. Otherwise, just close this place down. Zero stars if I could. And mindyou, I don’t ever post bad reviews but this place really shouldn’t be serving food to anybody for the sake of their health. Read more

Honestly I was thrown off by the reviews but I’m glad I gave them a chance since I was craving wings. The cashier was actually... super friendly, she had curly red hair, (I’m not sure but her name could be Nadiah according to the receipt.) She greeted allthe customers that were coming in and answered the calls at the same time as well. They said it would be around 20 minutes and Iunderstood since the reviews said they take even longer but I waited probably about 5 minutes, my food was correct and hot! Soreally pleased with my visit. Here’s the tip, DONT GO IF THEYRE SUPER BUSY I think the reason why my experience was better isbecause they weren’t packed. They mentioned that Friday nights tend to be crazy busy and have long waiting times so if youwant an experience similar to mine try later in the night during the weekdays (I went on a Thursday at 8pm) Read more

I rarely order from this place because literally every time I order it is wrong. After another few months since the last time I... tried again, and precisely as expected, completely wrong and zero compensation. When you have to wait an hour to get food, theleast you can do it get the order right. If you cannot do so, then you should make the situation right. I would expectcompensation for missing food I paid for as well as extra and possibly an apology for ruining the meal. This place has missed 100% of the time for me, has done nothing to compensate me, and from the looks of the reviews I am not the only one. Read more

Went in tonight and was greeted by 2 of the workers with such a good attitude. I got their names T and AJ and was impressed... compared to other wing stops I had been to. Definitely will be back because of them! My food was hot and fresh still when I gothome and had a happy family. Read more

This is their Buffalo ranch fries… I am disgusted and disappointed, are they old? Eaten from? Where is the ranch? Or the... Buffalo? Minimum fries too. Not even satisfying and I don’t feel comfortable eating them knowing someone might have pickedthrough them. The Cajun fries were the same way and they gave us boneless instead of bone IN. AND I ordered online for pickup…. They need to slow down and take the time to do orders right. Even if it means a longer wait time, just do it right aspromised. Read more
