The women there is extremely rude and constantly has her ear pods on talking to whom ever and makes you feel guilty going in... there. Today was no exception. I was waiting to order and was told to hurry up as she wanted to close early. Needless to say Iwalked out and as soon I did she closed the cafe. 90 mins earlier than advertised. My self and my wife have twins in the NICUand everyone has bent over backwards for us except this place!!!! Go figure?. Read more

As someone who?s at the hospital a lot and there?s limited options around, they?re never opened on time?.. The staff is super... rude and unhelpful and act like your bothering them when wanting to order. If it wasn?t my only option for coffee other then thecafe I wouldn?t spend my money here. Only giving 3 stars for the fact the coffees pretty decent. Read more

Placed a catering order. Was supposed to be here at 12pm. It?s 1:48pm and I still don?t have my order! Was ?overlooked?... initially and then was told it would be here between 130-2pm. Called back and now I?m told 205pm. Never again, absolute worst! Read more

The cafe was clean & had a great selection of pastries, desserts, coffees/teas, drinks & a great selection of food. My biggest... thing was that the staff here was incredibly friendly & helpful! We had a stressful day at work he hospital & I was with my 2younger children. My 6yr old daughter unfortunately got sick & spontaneously vomited in the cafe. As I rushed around to getnapkins & tend to her in the corner, customers were rudely walking by making disgust comments about my poor sick daughter & thestaff quickly came to the rescue. I started to clean up her mess & they said not to worry. I took her to the bathroom & a staffmember (I wish I knew her name) was so pleasant, friendly & caring, gave my son a water bottle & a large paper hospital towelfor my daughter. As we left, I made sure to thank staff members & that sweet employee offered my 2 children a cookie ( to eatlater). My daughter was embarrassed & upset & that put a huge smile on my daughters face. I made sure to tell the manager thathe has excellent employees & wanted him to know how special they are. They went out of their way to make sure my daughter was ok& I hope that these employees are rewarded for the kindness & generosity they showed. It meant more than they know. Read more
