Ordered delivery through the chikfila app, used my free chicken sandwich reward and ended up never receiving my order as it was... sent to the wrong house. Called customer support for chikfila delivery and spoke to a woman who told me i could not get are-delivery, or a refund or a new reward added to my account. Asked to speak to a manager because it was all so ridiculous, shesaid no manager wanted to take my call. Definitely never eating at chikfila ever again Read more

Very Poor quality of service reason being: few times we?ve ordered from this place/location. Either through third-party apps or... directly . We have had one or more missing items, sandwich, drink, side item, and condiments. Tthe good given to us is cold orsoggy or request for item is not followed ..
