Ordered delivery through the chikfila app, used my free chicken sandwich reward and ended up never receiving my order as it was... sent to the wrong house. Called customer support for chikfila delivery and spoke to a woman who told me i could not get are-delivery, or a refund or a new reward added to my account. Well after reading the reviews on this location I should have known better than to order my dinner from them. Fries were half... way full and forget items from my order. The best part is I gave them a opportunity to fix it by calling the store and they blewme off! Seriously!!! How rude. I had expected more from this company. I usually order here once a month because it get expensive with delivery. My last order, my large french fries were only half... full and I complained and got a free french fry for my next order which I ordered today. Same problem!!! Why aren't these beingfilled o the top? Very Poor quality of service reason being: few times we?ve ordered from this place/location. Either through third-party apps or... directly . We have had one or more missing items, sandwich, drink, side item, and condiments. Tthe good given to us is cold orsoggy or request for item is not followed .. Also, the staff at this location is rather rude. Other locations have not givingsuch issues with food o face-to-face interaction with staff. Very poor experience with this location. Read more
