The burger & salad we ordered were good. The kids chicken tenders only had 2 tenders! Not much for a 9 y/o with a healthy... appetite. I ordered 1/2 rack and was given a full rack- no big deal, my family helped me eat those. However the ribs weredefinitely over cooked, dry even with all the sauce (the ribs were just not fresh, seemed like they were made much earlier inthe morning or the previous day). The chicken was rubbery and not cooked right (flavor was also bad) on the buffalo chicken ranch sandwich. The rest of my table... had no issues until 2 of the waitstaff were cleaning tables close by and started dropping f bombs in front of my young children.Would not reccomend this place to families with kids. Overall an awkward experience. Read more

I had not been in any Chili's for 4 or 5 years. In the past with a certain group of friends we went one or twice a year. I have... driven by the East Providence location hundreds of times. And for a long time, my comment was, we should stop in and try it outagain sometime. Father's day 2022 we did. So, the service was fine, staff was great. Food came in decent time for a holiday. Thefood itself, was delicious. My baked seafood was great. The good Doctors dish great. No issue with that. The cokes not watereddown. But then there is the other issue. Waiting for a table I went to the restroom. It was filthy and smelled bad. Because thatgot my attention, I started to look on the walls, floors, furniture as I went back to wait. We were then seated quickly, so Ididn't leave, but thought about it. As I sat and ordered, besides the dirty floors, the walls for a foot and a half up werepretty gross. Our table tho just washed off was greasy. I have designed restaurants. I know it is a tough business. I also haveowned 4 cleaning businesses over several decades. Keeping them clean is not easy. Economically it is tough to shut down for acomplete cleaning. But seriously, this East Providence location needs it. It is time to refresh the restaurant. Then go back tocooking the delicious food. The service was so excellent. Everyone was so incredibly friendly and helpful. The food and my margarita were awesome.
A great meal. Now and then places like this get it right and today was one of those days. The service was spot-on, the drinks... were made just right, and the food was absolutely delish! Kudos to the staff today. Read more
