This Thayer location always get my things wrong and charge me a little extra, ie get my order wrong like charge me for two... barbacoa bowls instead of 1 barbacoa bow and one carnitas. or charge me for guac when I never ordered it. very annoying. Read more
Love Chipotle but this is the worst location. Food is rarely ready on time, items are missing, attitude of staff is always poor... and productivity is low while waiting. Fix this store. Read more

Seeing as I've worked at this specific location for roughly 2 years. I know that they don't cut, dice and prep everything... themselves and the people that work there are mostly high school students try to make it.
