I had 35 dollars in gift cards needed to use. Drinks are good but looked on the smaller side and maybe the reason my old... fashioned was $10. Food was just ok, but I expected it to be from a chain. Good for apps, beer and games. Entrees are mediocreat best. Read more
Food is not very good at all. Looked like mostly frozen food tossed in a fryer. My wife didn’t even finish her grilled chicken... salad. We had 2 sets of chicken tenders, a chicken salad, and a pasta. Kids pasta was fine. Definitely not worth coming here forthe food, but you already knew that. Most of the games work and it’s fun for the kids. Pretty pricey for the gaming, but youalso knew that. Read more
Food was pretty good, and games are fun. They do not have many choices for ticket redemption and it’s EXTREMELY loud inside.
The food was way better than I expected. In fact it was great! The menu host something for everyone. Management more than... patient and helpful when my son lost his loaded game card. Down sides VR wasn't working properly and the new avocado and shrimpappetizer hosted 3 pieces of shrimp and unattractive chunks of avocado that we fork cut to enjoy with the chips. Read more
As far as the restaurant portion of Dave & Buster's goes, it was pretty bad. The system is awful. They sit you down and then you... look through the menu and order through a QR code. They even ask you for a tip and to pay before you are even seen by aserver. There was a problem with the system so it wouldn't let me order 2 drinks, and the drinks for my children came out muchlater than the meal. My drink actually never came out at all. Kids didn't care for the food (pizza and pretzel dogs.) My steakwas pretty good, asparagus was cold and mashed potatoes were okay but very salty. The waitress and manager were extremelyhelpful, and tried their best to make up for the awful and faulty app-based system. If not for them I would give the restaurantone star. The arcade is obviously the main feature and it was a lot of fun, though a little expensive. Overall, I recommendeating at a better restaurant and then just coming for the arcade. Read more
We had a wonderful time! The staff was nice and helpful, the lady at the front desk was amazing, as well as a gentleman who... worked hard to get the virtual reality game up and running for us, even after it was turned off. My son was so excited, and wereally appreciated the staff going the extra mile for us! Food and drinks were great, and they have an amazing military discountthat we were able to take advantage of. Had a burger was cooked perfectly and the garlic aioli had an excellent garlic taste and was good. I'm not to sure about apple... wood smoked bacon though like it says in the menu, seemed like regular bacon and was under cooked which didn't bother me muchbecause I enjoy my bacon chewy. French fries portion that came with the dish was tiny considering it was a $15.00 plate. Myson's side of mac and cheese was straight up Kraft Mac and cheese out of the box! Watery and tasteless just like when you makeit at home, they didn't even doctor it up a bit to make it seem like it was a Dave & Buster's kitchen creation. He had orderedbacon on his burger and it was brought out after he got his burger on the side. The table was dirty, wet and sticky. Nosilverware on the table or given to us with the food, not even napkins! Had to ask for napkins after the food came out. When wewere done and walking out of the restaurant our waitress and one of the other waitresses were talking at one of the stations.Our waitress stared and looked right at us without saying goodbye and just kept talking while the other waitress who did nottake care of us stopped to say goodbye. Mind you she got a 30+% tip on an 8% dinning experience at best! A good by and thank youfor coming would've been nice. The place is fun if you have kids and enjoy that kinda stuff but even though my burger was goodprobably would've been better off eating in the food court sad to say. Read more
Lots of games. I think all Dave and Buster's are the same. My five year old daughter loves it. The food options are limited.... While the food was decent I think the prices are higher than it's actually worth. I'm sure they have to charge that much atleast in part to afford being in the mall but that doesn't make it more valuable to me. This is one of those things where it's agreat fit for anyone that can afford to spend extra. I'd say the only big complaint would be why it took over 20 minutes for the8 drinks to be brought to the table. They weren't alcoholic beverages. Some lemonade, some soda and some water. It actuallybecame part of the table conversation as in "didn't we order our drinks a half hour ago?". We were the only people in therestaurant so I don't know what happened. Make sure you have plenty of time if you plan to eat there. Read more
