Today I was on dunking donuts, having a good day, in to I was picking up my order in the drive through but then a color lady... offended me, saying ? If I understood what she was saying? do to my Hispanic race. After that she told me to pull over where itis dangerous for the the young workers there to cross. They could of get run over by a car. Didnt put the whipped cream and cinnamon sugar on my caramel crazed latte and then gave me egg and cheese on my sweet bacon... croissant when I?m allergic to egg and I don?t eat cheese I asked for extra bacon and was charged and didn?t get the extrabacon. I go here for my daughter's. They love the donuts. The workers are very sweet. However they are getting very expensive for... some fried dough and sugar. Not what Dunkin used to be. Read more

This is the worst Duncan donuts I have ever been to. Lived in the area for several years and have ordered many times but I just... don't learn to go somewhere else because it is so close by. I keep thinking that someday they will get an order right. It isSunday morning and they messed up the order again. Used cream when I requested milk and put sweet and low in when I wanted it onthe side, Said credit card machine closest to me was out of order and took my credit card in the back and returned it without aslip. The girls attitude is terrible. Most of them are rude. They throw donuts in bag without tissues and the frosting is allover the place. I was upset and you spoiled my peaceful Sunday. Avoid it this location all cost! A homeless lady walked up to the drive thru to pick up coins and the worker, instead of kindly... telling her to leave, began chatting with her. Wish I had taken pic/video of it. I left the line. Read more
