At 4:30 in the afternoon was told that they could not make food because they had to clean machines. I asked when they closed and... the response??.5:30pm????????website says 6?????I guess the ownership of this particular location is paying these employees todo absolutely nothing for the last hour and a half and bring in no revenue?nice Read more
I dont understand why there is only one server on duty on a sunday afternoon. There were 6 customwrs and she can only do one at... a time. She was very nice but there shoild be at least two people on. Read more
My wife and I live three blocks away from this Dunkin' Donuts, and have, without exaggeration, given them thousands of dollars... of business over many years. Today I purchased a coffee for her which, when she tasted it, she realized they had madeincorrectly (swirl instead of shot). She returned so they could do it right, and they gave her an attitude, suggesting that wehadn't purchased it there. We won't be back. The few minutes extra to go to the one a bit farther west on Smith Street is worthit. Read more
I recently was employed at this Dunkin? Donuts across from La Salle . Ive been there for about 3 months I requested a few day... off due to family emergency . I spoke with the manager prior and told her when I get back I will be available for more hours.Today I spoke with the manager to figure out if I would be placed on the schedule. She simply told me she was taking me off theschedule permanently and firing me . Now I understand as a manger that your position. I?m highly upset I have never been writtenup or had any complaints , Victoria the new manager never gave me any reason , I?m a single mom with two children I found thisvery very unprofessional . Since I?ve been there in 3 months there have been 3 different managers . The one that fired me wasonly there for a few weeks before firing me . Thought I share my story . Read more
