If it was possible I would give them zero stars! Worst customer service especially the older women at the pick up window for... drive through. Seems very unhappy to work there but being old and being paid minimum wage probably isn?t the best scenario forher but if you want to work at a place where is customer oriented, this isn?t the job for her! She was loud and verydisrespectful. No wonder they have such bad reviews and I bet it?s because of her. Go to a different location where they willrespect you and your money! Read more
Horrible place! They never get your order correct. This last time I ordered for delivery. They did not included the two orders... of hash browns I've ordered. The bagel was extremely overly toasted to where it wasn't edible. One out of the two coffeesordered was done wrong, it was supposed to have splenda because my wife is a diabetic. THEY ADDED SUGAR!!!!!! ARE YOU FREAKINSERIOUS?!?!?! DO YOU KNOW HOW HARMFUL SUGAR IS TO A DIABETIC??? How hard is it to follow instructions? I mean come on now! Theother time I've ordered from here, they left out several items as well but was still charged for them. Sometimes the order is a little burned, but that?s passable. What?s not passable is forgetting whole items. This happens 6/10... times whenever I order from this location. If I order two breakfast sandwiches, I get one. I order 4 donuts, I get 2. I order adrink, they exclude it from the order. What makes me more upset is that even if I refund for partial items missing, I?m losingmoney on tips/service/delivery fee which adds up when this happens all the time. Read more
Worst place in Providence to get coffee. Every time I give them another chance they mess up the order even worse. Ask for extra... extra I get black with coffee grinds in it. Spend the extra gas money and go to your next closest Dunkin' donuts Read more
I love this Smith St Dunkies. The staff is fantastic, most of them look like kids to me but they are all absolutely delightful... and working hard, morning day and night. When things go wrong they always make it right and are truly polite when doing so. It'snice to see people happy at work too, management must be doing a good job. Read more
They have the most rude people at the drive through. The girl at the window gave me an eye roll so big that I wondered if her... eyes would ever come back into her head, all because I was short by ¢80 and needed to reload the app. Better service at theDunkin on Valley. Same owners, much better staff. Read more
