Friendly employees and order was prepared In a timely fashion. Womens bathroom was clean and wipes were provided for eat In... tables. The only thing that threw me off that there was a refrigerator with juices that expired in 2020- the liquids haveseparated and were discolored- kinda gross and a waste of electricity. Read more
The staff there can have attitudes at times. They refused to put cold foam on my iced caramel latte, and then the manager told... me after handing my drink, that they actually can do it moving forward. I wouldn't recommend going there if you like tocustomize your drink. Also,there are other locations with friendlier staff! Read more
Don't waste your time going here unless you want to be treated disrepectfully. There's another Dunkin' at Smith Street with... better customer service. One tiny mistake and they can make a huge deal out of it. I would recommend to hire new workers if Iwere you. It's really disappointing. Read more
On Oct 28th at 630am i order a hot caramel cappuccino through drive through. It tasted horrible so I ask the person who took my... order to please put sugar on my coffee and extra caramel. Their response was " its fine we put caramel already" with attitude. Iwas late, so I decided to just leave it alone. I went back again today 11/4 at 6:30am to get the same order and again theytreated me with attitude and disrespect! I spoke to the manager this time, but all she said was "sorry for that" but didn't evenaddressed her employee which was still talking under her breath! Worst Dunkin Donuts ever! Read more
I get Vanilla Chias on the reg. This is the second time I got it from this dunkin and it was half full lol. I know there is foam... at the top but maybe an inch at the top of that so there?s no excuse for this. Plus my donuts were all squished and one of themeven looked cut! I?m bringing these donuts to work, my co-workers were dying when they saw them! It?s embarrassing! Last time Icome here. Not to mention the girl who handed them to me at the window was the most miserable looking person I?ve seen to dateat a dunkin drive thru. Honestly I used to go here all the time and it was great. Great staff. Good coffee. But now it?s all new people. Unpleasant... customer service. Always need to go elsewhere to get my coffee fixed. Never put drizzle on my iced lattes. Unbelievable. I?mabout to just stop going here altogether. I pay for my coffee to be right and I expect to be greeted and treated well. Read more
