I went to the drive thru and was told they were close after waiting a while for someone to help me. Including waiting for an... answer, it was well over 10-15 minute before the store was actually closed. Also, two cars before me got to order. Read more

My experience there today was terrible and was lied to directly to my face and wasn?t helpful . Will never visit this location .... The young lady with red hair did not want to help all I needed was DD app to be reloaded on my phone she tells not able to do ityou have to do threw your phone and I always visit other DD and they have no problem reloading my app at the DD on Reservoir.. Honestly, I was super disappointed in this location. The girl who serves me (I went inside) was incredibly rude. I repeated what... I thought was a fairly simple order several times and no matter how many times I said it, she got it wrong. I asked for a largeunsweetened iced green tea, and a box of 25 munchkins. Half jelly, half blueberry. First she starts with a hot small and askedwhat I wanted to drink again and I repeated because I understand they may be odd or a mouthful for some. I ended up for a smallanyhow. When we get to munchkins she immediately starts putting random ones in, and I politely correct her and say I just wanthalf blueberry half jelly and the extra can be jelly. She puts in chocolate and drops one, throws it in the trash and scratchesher face and uses the same tissue paper to continue my order with. Miscommunications happen, but food safety is a huge nono forme. I won't be returning. Read more
Love this dunkin donuts, always a good experience. Almond milk cost 55 cents with tax extra, for anyone who has lactose allergy.... I was told I was being fancy. So I had to dock a star. The place is usually pretty clean. Cops love this Dunkin donuts as wellso it's a very safe location. The donuts and coffee are delicious. My favorite is the pumpkin latte with almond milk. Read more
Won't be going here again, especially since they gave me the wrong drink. Instead of peppermint, they gave a regular hot... chocolate that tasted like water. Read more
