A great arena to watch wrestling! There not one bad seat in the house. It?s not a big place which works for hockey and... wrestling!! I can?t wait to see a other show there ! Read more

Okay arena, sound isn't great and stage is really far away from the barrier compared to other arenas. Unorganized staff,... ridiculously overpriced water. Cruel considering people are desperate for it at concerts. Read more

The arena itself is really nice. Since they changed management the sound quality went to downhill quickly and it is as though... the staff are definitely not trained properly on how to handle large crowd events. I waited 3 and a half hours to get into thevenue and despite only having 20 or so people ahead of me once they opened the doors people who just arrived jumped the line. Then they had us all wait for 30 minutes at the metal detectors while they figured out how to use the scanners. All in all theylet everyone and I mean everyone just walk through the metal detectors whether or not it turned red or beeped. It was then afree for all running to the barricade to get close. Kind of a nightmare but still ended up getting relatively close to thestage. It could've been better and could've been much worse. Halfway through the show there was some kind of medical emergencyin the crowd and staff had no idea how to approach the person or what to do to ensure safety. Hopefully this is an eye openerfor all of them. Time will tell on the next one. Will update the review if there are changes. Read more

Concert was awesome. As far as the venue. Seating on floor level, rows were not marked well and seats had no numbers. People... constantly blocking the view looking for the correct seat. Read more

James Taylor gets a 10 rating. The Dunk Sunk; my rating is a 2 and has nothing to do with ***James Taylor.*** He was... phenomenal.**** It was inside the Dunkin Donuts Center that rattled me. It was 90 and humid outside. We got there at 5:15 topark and fine something quick to eat. We walked the city and besides expensive restaurants there was squat open. We figuredwe'd grab something quick but there was nothing quick. So we head back to the Dunk. They were not opening the doors insideuntil 6:30 & that meant the bathrooms which were right in front of where you would be checked in were closed as a a patron wasdenied. Seriously?! They're should've been at least put a water vending machine while people were waiting so they could havesomething to drink and there were no chairs for the disabled. We stood against the walls. So I waited ?? and when we finally gotin were very thirsty and hungry. After walking around the concourse, we walked by food places that were totally closed down. Finally found one and they were not ready. When it was ready to open some cash registers were having problems, meaning notworking and others were. Lined formed That is why I will never grace the floors of "The Dunk" anymore. I usually go to PPAC orthe CT casinos for concerts however I couldn't miss James Taylor. The Dunk Sunk! ???? Read more

Home of the Providence Bruins and more great show. There is always high energy when at a game. The venue has great views of the... action on the ice no matter where your seats are. Read more
