There was a woman there with shirt dyed red hair who was one of the most rude and unhappy people I have EVER had to deal with.... She got insulting to me because I asked how much the bagels were at the drive-thru order intercom... and then when I got to thewindow to pay for and take my food she became EXTREMELY and very unnecessarily hostile and began to insult me and run her mouthtrying to intimidate Mr and this was all just because I asked for the price of a bagel with cream cheese. Went to take my daughter back to school on a Sunday. The hours on the door show the store should be open until 9pm. The store... was locked and 2 employees were inside 1 male and 1 female the female had a baby on the floor changing him in the dining area.This is nasty on so many different levels and this was being done during business hours. On a visit to Providence, we wanted to try a different place than the other donut shop. There are no Honey Dew Donuts anywhere... near our area further north so this was a great selection. We weren't disappointed either! The wonderful young lady behind thecounter was very kind and patient while we studied the menu endlessly and even let the next customer go before us. We ended upjust getting a dozen donuts of various flavors. The jelly was so full of jelly it was refreshing to see a company not skimpingon the important stuff! It was easy and fast to get to from Brown and there was plenty of parking, even a drive thru. The insidewas large enough to be comfortable without being overwhelming and very clean. As I was saying about the young lady that helpedus out, I didn't get her name and it's not on the receipt so I can't give her special recognition for that beautiful smile andopen friendliness she offered without hesitation.
