It good if your hungry and they give you a pager so you don't have to stand around waiting. You can pick your table and wait... while it's being made. When the pager goes off, you go get your food. Easy peasy. Read more
Food is good but the place is a disaster. We sat at the counter area and the seats are broken down and leaning and the staff... although they trying their best are overworked and don't look happy . The prices are terrible too : 50$ for two Rodeo Burgers???? , Loeaded Fries ???? ( Horibble cheese btw : please use real cheese not that horrible orange cheese that comes in a can )and two Pepsi' ( that were served warn because they ran out of ice ????????)....Won't be going back anytime soon if ever ???? I had a Classic Burger, fries, and a glass of soda. Overall, the meal wasn?t bad at all and the service also was fine. I waited... up to 10 minutes to get my order. Some customers were having their food at the bar but they didn?t allow me to seat there. Theburger was good but they use mayonnaise as a sauce which I don?t like. I like Johnny Rockets for what they are. And I especially like the tater tots. I?m sure every place could be cleaner or brighter... but they do burgers well and they also make great shakes. So if you need a shake and a burger Head on down to Johnny Rockets Read more
Most disgusting place. They dont protect their hair while working with food. He was touching his hair while preparing food. They... wouldn?t let us sit down and wait for our food while they made it. Terrible service. Mediocre but overpriced food. Bought 2 shakes, 2 burgers, onion rings and it costed almost $50. Staff with... large hair (even afros) also handle food without the use of hairnets. Very alarming sanitary conditions. Booth seating was alsoclosed off even though it was busy. Some diner theme. Read more
