Store is not kept up with, the menus behind the register were off or don?t work. Looks like the store could use some tlc.
I gave this place 3 stars because the customer service could be a lot better and the cleanliness of the restaurant as well.... Other than that I haven?t had an issue except for when I got my crazy bread and it wasn?t cooked all the way . It was pure rawdough and had to take it back . Awful . They have young people working there and they should pay more attention. Foodtemperatures are very important in this industry . Read more
The crazy bread was literally not cooked. I bit into it and all you can taste is the dough! Smh! Then you call and they either... act like they can?t hear you or just hang up on you! I professional and rude! Read more
I placed a order for a thin crust. The cashier told me it will be ready in about 13 mins. I got there about 20 mins. Once i got... there i heard the cashier asking the cook wheres the pizza. The cook was goofing around and said that he forgot to make it. Nowi have to wait for 10 mins. Smh. This place goof around too much with each other and doesnt pay attention on customer orders. I have been here twice in the last year and the first time nothing was hot and ready and the line was outside wrapping around... the building. I went in today and the only thing they had was 2 pepperoni pizzas. No other food option. It wasn't very clean.The monitors displaying the menus/options didn't work. I can't have pork so that was a bummer. I asked the kid what happens whenthey run out (seeing there was a line of people and only 2 pizzas left) and he said people could still buy sodas. The person infront of me wanted to split tender on her purchase and the cashier said he didn't know how. I don't blame him for thisexperience. I blame store leadership. Read more
What's the point of advertising "hot and ready". When literally, NOTHING is ready. Was told wait would be 15 mins. for something... I'm supposed to be able to grab quickly & go. This place is very close to the area (but still slightly outside the zone) where Idash.. that's why I went here. Lost money, as a result of having to wait (when I should not have), & not getting orders. ZEROstars, would be more accurate. Read more
The deep dish pizzas we got weren't fully cooked & I wound up paying homage to the porcelain throne. I'm not getting little... Caesars again.. I'm better off getting a take & bake from Aldi's. Read more
