Every single time I come here, there are minimal cars in the drive through yet it is always about 20 minutes to place a simple... order. My son is autistic and loves McDonald's, so going there is a big deal for him. I took him after school last Friday and everyone... working there was super friendly and helpful. He dropped his French fries and was about to freak out when the manager broughthim a new container of fries and they refused to let me clean it up. Also, the girl who brought our food was super sweet. Anemployee even held the door for us as we left. I'd still go back even if they weren't friendly because my son loves chickennuggets, but that made everything super special for him. Read more
This location sucks , my quarter pounder deluxe had 3 pieces of shredded lettuce there was more Mayo than burger , top bun was... half missing and the half that was there was splitting apart, it was stale ! fries were cold as ice , forgot all the sauces forthe 3 nugget meals order , how do U even forget sauce for nuggets they go hand and hand when you think nuggets think sauce !!!!! I Always receive hot food from here. One of the managers (Gabby) is always very nice and respectful. I say she definitely... deserves a raise. She?s always so patient and understanding , and if I ever have a sandwich made wrong , she fixes that for mewithout any complaints or attitude. McDonald's was odd as they required a mask but didn't offer masks to customers but turned the customer away instead. Then, a Man... became irate that his order was wrong and started swearing and screaming while other customers were running away out the door.The staff handled it very well but I would say this area - while it seems to be a nice area - has a lot of homeless populationespecially odd for some place that has a whole foods plaza... So there was a sign in this McDonald's that states if you want astraw you need to ask for one and you won't be given a straw automatically. Read more
