The manager on shift at 5:02 this afternoon was talking to her employee in a disrespectful way. He made my food wrong she took... it back a d said her do you not know how to read. Like what! Who gave her the play to talk to people like that at least heshowed up. Something needs to be done about this manager ASAP I would NEVER treat my staff that way because they made a mistakethat takes 1 minute to fix. Read more
I have to say this McDonald?s is the worst I?ve gone too. Every time I?ve been there , they?ve given me the wrong order through... the drive through . Some of the staff are ghetto and do not know how to perform good customer service. Read more

I live right next to this McDonald?s. They're horrible. For one, I don?t go for lunch because there was once hair and my big... mac. Then they gave me attitude for going inside and asking for another one. Not like I had the appetite for it anyway. Thenmonths later I try to go for breakfast. Get in the drive thru line at about 10:50. They?re so slow that the line is not moving.I finally get to the window at 11:00 and proceed to watch her change the menu on the screen and tell me they don?t have anymorebreakfast lol. Its fast food 3.5 out of 5. Didnt know i had to buy something to use the bathroom ????. Good thing i was hungry.
Slow inside service... Seems that they take care of the drive-ins first..... I was in the area and went into the store to get a... quick bite to eat. I asked the young lady who works there to help me with my order, and she ignored me and started speakingspanish with someone. I finally figured it out and it took about 20 minutes to get my order.... Next time I will stay hungry andgo somewhere else. Their service takes too long. Read more
It is extremely slow, no where near as good as it used to be.
