every single time I come here they don't have what I want. first time was grilled chicken, the next same thing, this time I... decided to get fried chicken since they never have grilled. lol they didn't have breast only drums and thights . jesus.always something love the chicken but hate costumer service this pollo campero does not represent the Spanish culture in USA.mediocrity service every time I come here . sucks because I drove and waited in line for 20 minutes on my birthday to just getmad. Chicken is fantastic. It has great flavor. Gravy on the mashed was disgusting. The rolls were not received and I got the wrong... sauce for nuggets. The flans were upside down and sideways in a plastic bag, leaking and sticky. Flavor of the flan was ok,caramelized sugar was disappointing. There were no straws, silverware, or condiments in the bag that was delivered. Honestlythough, the chicken had amazing flavor. Really. It isn't too spicy and it isn't bland. Very good. Read more
Amazing. Fast and friendly service. Pricing was great and the food was absolutely delicious as well as authentic. Compared to... home base on El Salvador the taste was exactly the same so props. Traveled 1hr but so worth it and is definitely in my newnumber 1 to travel to restaurant. Will definitely be returning. Read more

Food here is really good. It's Guatemalan free range chicken. Better sandwich then KFC in my opinion
