Not my favorite experience cleanliness has gone down and turnover seems horrible I see new staff every single time I go. Not... sure if they don?t get proper training or if they just don?t care but there?s no drink consistency whatsoever and I can?tjustify spending $7 for the wrong drink. Very poor costumer service kid with short hair was very nice and also asked me if I was waiting on anything while everyone else... stayed on there phone also the short girl with the black hair was very kind my experience with them was very good but the otherswas just on there phone I think his name was kai he was very nice and responses unlike others don?t recommend it after the oldmanger left this place turn left !!! Good customer service is important, and that is what I got on Monday before noon. Judging from the attendance chart on the maps... app I used, this place is usually busy at different times. This offered me the chance to see what other products I would beinterested in besides a half blonde-, half dark-roast coffee.
