Very upset. Their website said my order didn't go through, said to re-do the order, never got a confirmation. So I redid the... order, got the confirmation, went and picked up my 2 tiny 6 inch sandwiches, the only ones on the rack. If I had seen 2 orderswith my name I would have addressed the situation right then and there, but nope, only 1 order was there. Later I see in myemail TWO paypal charges almost identical (the 2nd time I must have done something different because there was a TEN CENTdifference.) File a claim with paypal and they "say" they contacted subway and denied my claim? Trust me, 2 tiny 6 inch subs areNOT WORTH $30. Never again using their website ordering! Just left and purchased the steak wrap. The amount of meat they put on my wrap is like they are pinching for penny's. As I... sit here is more like a veggie wrap with 1 scoop of meat. The girl at noon time clearly don't know how to measure. I refuse togo back to this location after today. Read more
Honestly, why do I go here anymore, employees and owner are consistently rude, and consistently do not participate in subway... promotions. claim they can accept epayments, but can?t. get upset whenever you have any special request. are deceptive in theway they organize their deals. honestly the worst customer service in the area, I don?t know how they maintain being a part ofsubway. They don?t even participate in sub of the day anymore which was the only thing that ever made them worth it. Read more
A couple employees are wonderful but the owners are terrible. Rude and cheap. If you use a coupon they won't even say goodbye to... you. It is my understanding they are only in store Mon Tues Fri. If you must patronize this subway (and I've gone from a regularto once a week maybe) go on days when they are not there. Your experience will be much better. Read more
I had a terrible experience with a man making my sandwich who I presume to be the ?manager/owner? of the store. (*MARIUS* is his... name as I found out after from the regional subway manager who seems to know his name all to well) I ordered a veggie delightsandwich because I do not eat meat or dairy, and I explained that to the man as I ordered. I proceeded to ask for the veggies Iwanted in my sub and the man was putting a very small amount of vegetables (ie three or four olives on a foot long sub) so Ipolitely asked since I am ordering just vegetables (veggie delight) in my sandwich if he could put a bit more in my sub. Hetold me with a snappy and belittling tone that he knows how much to put not me, and that I was being ?ridiculous? with my order.I respectfully told the man that I did not appreciate him insulting me personally, and I said that I felt like he was being veryrude and disrespectful with me. He continued to sloppily roll my incomplete sandwich up and called me ? ridiculous? once moreand told me to ?be quiet? and ?stop talking?. Despite, being personally insulted and having my sandwich made poorly and not theway I wanted, I was still going pay for my subs. However, as I was in the process of paying for the subs (I used the wrong cardso it didn?t work, and was going to get out my other card) the man continued calling me ?ridiculous? and scowling at me, soinstead of responding back to the man in a rude manner as he was doing to me, I just calmly walked out of the store and left thesubs on the counter, as I could not accept being called so many names and treated with so much disrespect. (In a phone call withthe regional manager I was told that I was correct to leave the store, and that that this incident is incredibly embarrassingfor this man, this store, and Subway as a company) As I left the man got even louder and shouted names at me even more. It's so convenient when you are at Engineering building. The food has the same quality as other subways. The inside seats are... not comfortable; however, there are two tables outside which I prefer to seat in when I go there. Also, sub of the day is cheapand usually more than enough for one meal. A normal subway restaurant close to Brown university. Food quality is standard with respect to other restaurants of the same... chain. It's worthy to point out that staff is really friendly and enjoy engaging in small talk while preparing orders. On theother hand, even if there are tables to sit, the place does invite to stay there for a long time due to table scarcity. Read more
