Not a good experience at all! For some reason Subway employee didn't want to make my Submarine Sandwich with Wheat Bread as I... had asked for! He mumbled something as he gave the bread a little squeeze and used different Bread to make the Foot Long with!There's no seating inside of the Subway Shop, a couple of metal picnic style tables outside that I doubt that they ever clean!Totally Gross! I used a Disinfecting Wipe to Clean the part of the Table I sat at to eat the meal. Visiting from Boston, thoughtI would have Lunch there before taking RIPTA Bus to my destination after eating. I'll probably go somewhere else for food whenpassing through Kennedy Plaza Bus Staion! Plus there were a couple of people at the other table smoking pot when I first satdown to eat! The only reason Im giving five stars is for the guy working behind the counter, Michael or Mitchell I believe. He was very... patient with a friend of mine who is older. That man deserves a raise for the way he handled himself. His co worker, Kim, was aterrible person. Unprofessional and extremely rude. That girl should not be working that kind of job if she doesnt have thepatience to deal with costumers. She should be fired considering it was just the two of them working and she walked out on theman twice. One of those times I could hear her cursing and throwing stuff in the back office near the entrance. GROSS! Read more
Who owns this Subway..? Seriously. I went in today and there were two people working who had to prep all of the food while a... delivery of food arrived..so only one person could prep. Hence..there was not enough food. They then had customers who wereverbally abusing them and making snide comments the entire time I was there. Um...why weren't there at least 1-2 people comingin to unload the truck order so the 2 people there could adequately prep? Why are you (owner) mismanaging to the point ofleaving your employees to face the consequences and verbal abuse while they are doing their best? You should be ashamed ofyourself. Read more

Walked in at 8:30 in the morning, stood there for 5 minutes no one came out not sure if anyone was even running the store at... this point so I left. Terrible service. Read more
Wish they had more bread options not wraps. Ordered sweet onion chicken teriyaki sandwich. Got a bone in my chicken. Almost... broke a tooth. Too much sweet onion...no teriyaki. Couldn't even taste the bacon I asked for. Meh. This is why I hardly ever goto Subway. Read more
