I waited for about 15 minutes in line to order a tea and a bagel, only to find out that they didn't have any bagels delivered... yet. Staff member was nice enough to offer me a day old bagel on the house. I just wish they had put a sign out or somethingthat told you what they did and did not have available so I didn't have to spend most of my lunch break waiting in line only tofind out that they wouldn't have what I actually wanted.
