I waited for about 15 minutes in line to order a tea and a bagel, only to find out that they didn't have any bagels delivered... yet. Staff member was nice enough to offer me a day old bagel on the house. I just wish they had put a sign out or somethingthat told you what they did and did not have available so I didn't have to spend most of my lunch break waiting in line only tofind out that they wouldn't have what I actually wanted. Listen I love you, I love coffee exchange since I were 18? someone hopefully sees this and knows that this is someone who cares... about everyone getting a good cup of coffee. I also understand the pandemic and the effects it has had. That being said, noindoor aspect all winter has been ROUGH. Though understandable. Was recommended this place by a local and it didn?t disappoint. For now you have to wait in line outside due to Covid but... usually if you go inside there are huge buckets of coffee beans that fill the air w their aroma. I ordered the white chocolatemocha and it was one of the best coffees I?ve ever had. Read more
This place is pretty bomb and clear why it has built such a good reputation. Not only do they sell excellent coffee and hot... chocolate, but they partnered with local bakery silver star and local donut shop Kneads to provide some delicious goodies. Keepup the awesome work! Read more
