I?ve been going there for decades! The place is immaculately clean! But it smells like your in a neighborhood market in sunny... Naples! Pasta Fagioli is the best! Next Rabe! Then eggplant parmigiana. It goes on and on. They have a new and very friendlycounter clerk born and in Sicily and raised in Italy. Her English is flawless but you can tell right away ?she?s not from Rhode Island? as people say here! She knows her stuff so ask her what she likes today! Read more

We stopped in at Tony's colonial on Columbus day weekend for a quick bite to eat. We came at the end of the festival on the last... night. I'm sure it had been a long day, but the staff was super nice and the food was excellent. We got an order of arancini andeggplant Parm. They where both excellent. Read more

Place was amazing. The help was great and you could tell this is one of the best and most authentic of its kind. It made me... happy to see another Italian-American community outside NY flourishing. Read more

Tony's colonial food and Deli has been around as long as I can remember. It's it's at the end of Atwells Avenue right across... from another Deli called Roma. Tony's Cooks the food right in front of you there or prepares food and usually has a couplereally nice people serving you from behind the deli. This is Italian at its finest for Federal Hill at a deli. You can get quitea few varieties of olive oils spaghettis Italian spices breads, and much of it is ready to eat. A definite Stop on Federal Hill. Read more
