The food was pretty good here. Very well seasoned and is reasonably healthy. Some minor points for improvements. 1) I was... hoping the street noodle dish had a bit more noodle. Granted there were a lot of healthy veggies in it, I feel the noodle wasinsufficient for a "street noodle" dish 2) We put in some drinks orders which never made it to us, and since we had plans, wejust asked them to cancel. The waiter was nice, but definitely would have been better to get what we ordered in a timelyfashion. 3) I personally feel the music was way too loud. I get that it is a bar as well as a dining venue, but I struggled totalk to my friends without yelling here. So a light decrease in volume would be appreciated. Read more
I loved every moment of this experience from start to finish. The atmosphere is so warm and welcoming and you automatically feel... like you're a part of the crew because they have such a family vibe! Victoria was our main server and she was so amazing! Herdrinks were too notch and she was just so nice. The food was bomb and it was a wonderful portion for those who are hungry hungrybecause I left full full. All in all I want to work here and eat here all at the same time! Dope spot and black owned. Here forit all. Troop is stimulating to the basic human senses: touch, sight, hearing, smell and taste. Once you walk in , the hip hop music... sets the vibe, then the decor sets it apart from all others. If you sit at the bar, the bar stools are comfortable and justplain cool. The service was very attentive and the menue was interesting. I ordered the street noodles which was very good. Theonly thing was the cilantro was over bearing but once i picked it out, I finished the bowl which should be a challenge to most. Read more
