I visited this restaurant last year in November. It was really good. This year I went on October 3rd and it was terrible. I got... a Caesar salad.,the leaves were brown and old. It tasted old. Luckily they took it off my tab. The pizza tasted stale? It wasjust disappointing. At least my drinks were good. I don’t think I’ll be going back. Stick to the frozen uno pizza you cancook at home. I haven't been here in a while but the waitresses were giving looks infront of people like they had something to say . They also... kept walking by without helping us when waiting on them. The food wasn't the best I honestly wish I didn't go here . The pizzadough tasted weird like it wasn't made right. My children didn't like it here they felt uncomfortable with the employees whowork here . Read more

Providence introduced us to Uno and we fell in love. This place made our lunch 1000x better with their gluten free pizzas,... seriously. We had the regular cheese, veggie, and pepperoni gluten free pizzas during our visits to pick up our order. On ourlast day we decided to actually dine in. Seems there was a mixup in the kitchen and made a veggie extravaganza gluten free pizzainstead of the standard veggie gluten free pizza. We weren’t charged for it but it was amazing, better than the standardveggie. Thank goodness for mistakes! Waiter was very nice even though he was really busy working takeouts and diners. Visited this place on my visit to the Rhode island. The place is situated in the Providence Place Mall at P1 level. The place is... really amazing in terms of ambience and spread. We had the fries, Mediterranean chicken with rice pilaf as the side and theChicken Parmesan Sandwich. The portion and taste both were really good. Although I didn't get a chance to try the draft beersthey did have a lot of options for draft and bottles beers. This place doesn't have a parking. Pro tip: Park your car on theSOUTH GARAGE of the Providence Place Mall on the P1 level and there is a direct access to the restaurant. Cheers! Read more
VERY BAD SERVICE! A bunch of kids working that do not know the meaning of customer service. We had ordered 2 pizzas and 3... salads. We got 2 pizzas and 2 salads so we were missing one salad. I called the place and said we were missing one salad. Theysaid they would make a new one but would not re-deliver the food even though they had messed up the order. The person on thephone said the salad would be on the house even though we had already paid for the food. I had to go and pick up the food andit was not ready when I got there (15 min after I had called them and told them to fix their mistake). Then they proceeded totell me the “on the house” comment can’t be accommodated because there was no one there to do so. When I opened the saladand looked it over, the tomatoes were in bad shape and the condition of the salad was not pleasant. Clearly rushed beingmade. This was a very bad experience for me and my family and would not go here again. If you do choose to go here, I wouldrecommend to do pickup yourself so you can make sure they do not mess up your order. Read more
