I called ahead so that I could pick up pizzas for a birthday party of 20 small children. It was only cheese and pepperoni which... should have been the hot and ready anyway. It took me 15 minutes to get there. And then I had a 1/2 an hour wait. Yes, they werebusy, but on a Saturday you would think they would be prepared it just looks like mismanagement to me. This is the 2nd time it'shappened to me and I know several other people it has happened to. We will not be purchasing pizza from there anymore. Read more

Ordered a Hawaiian around 4pm through the drive through. We were told it would be a 10 minute wait, fine, but it was actually a... 20ish minute wait for this.... half the employees were just standing around talking. Not the best customer service and food. Notonly was there missing ham & pineapple on nearly half the pizza but there was liquid pooled up in the middle of the pizza makingthe pizza soggy. Not the best experience. Read more
I have no idea what's happened to this location, it used to be amazing. It used to have friendly customer service and the pizza... was always done nicely. Ordered a deep dish Hawaiian today and it was raw. I called and the manager said 'oh its just a littleunderdone.' No. Its raw. Literally the first layer of cheese is not even melted, the dough has more pull than the cheese. (Weactually thought it was cheese at first.)Went back a few hours later to pick up another one, just got home and its raw again!Notonly is it unsafe to consume especially for small children, its ridiculous that they have all of a sudden forgotten how to cooktheir pizzas fully. Ordered a pizza that had to be made fresh, so we asked for crazy bread to be made fresh as well. Literally the hardest and most... stale bread I've ever seen. Very disappointed with this location the last several times. Read more
