Google says they close at 10, I guess the hours are wrong online but don't worry they have staff nice enough to flip you off as... they are walking out the doors yelling we're closed. Tried to report it to who I thought may be the manager since he was theonly one still in the building and got an attitude from him before I could even get a word out. I won't be back here. The sheardisrespect towards their customers is astonishing. They are the reason you have a job here and are getting paid. Read more

The absolute worst experience I have ever received at a Burger King. Didn't recieve my complete order. No big deal.. happens... from time to time. Called and was told I could come back and pick it up. Husband was on his way home so I asked him to pick itup.. even sent him a picture of the receipt. They told him he had to have the receipt in hand in order to give him the missingitems. I called again and they said he could come back, but with the receipt. At this point, that would be 40 minutes of drivingin total (with the lovely, cheap gad prices) so I asked for a refund instead. Was told they need the physical receipt for arefund and that I need to bring the entire order back in order to receive the refund. ?!!? So either way, I have to drive thereand back??? Decided to call customer service and they tried to "solve" the issue by suggesting to send me a $10 coupon, only ifI make an online account (mind you, my order total was $22 and at this point, is cold). Other option was to "request" a refundto the store's location but that it was at the specific store's discretion to issue a refund. I can't believe this is how theBurger King franchise handles their "customer satisfaction" policies. Read more

This was absolutely horrible.. Please don't spend your money here... I used to like Burger King... Im so disgusted, nuggets were... hard as a brick, fish sandwich was extra dry, and the chicken fries were not edible... They should really close this location..This is yuck at it's finest.. Jus the other day I was here thanking the staff for not being selfish by wearing gloves ???? and there ???? mask over the nose... and mouth. Today was a different story the lobby was lock and the sign clearly says you can not walk up to the ???? window andorder. But the lobby hours that was updated says it should be open.
