If I could give it a negative number I would. Frustrating fry'S TASTE DAY OLD WAS COLD. CHEESEBURGERS COME OUT COLD BACON WAS... STILL RAW. SENT THEM BACK AND THEY WERE READY IN LESS THAN 2 MINUTES AND COME BACK OUT COLD. VERY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL WHEN ISAID SOMETHING ABOUT MY ORDER AGAIN. Read more

Meh service, but the food was good. Though this location says you can dine in on the doors, everything on the inside says... otherwise. They seem to still be mostly set up for just pick up and drive thru. You can eat inside and order at the counter, butthey will be slow getting to you. also about only 3/4 of the seating area is open. The rest is closed. Probably justunderstaffed currently. Read more

Literally the worst customer service I have everrr had. Several employees just stood behind the bar pretending not to see us,... most just standing there on their phones, no hair nets, no gloves, watched one kid put a bowl onto his shirt to flip it and thenfill up. Read more

My wife and I ordered through the drive-through. After receiving comfirmation that we could use more than one coupon in a single... order, we used two coupons to get their combo "big boxes" at a slightly lowered cost. While ordering, I referred to the couponsand mentioned the lowered price point which we were expecting. When we got to the window, we handed our coupons to the cashier(different than the person who took our order at the callbox), who read back a strangely lower total than we were expecting. Weasked him to confirm the price, and he read off a new total, apologizing for reading the last order's total by mistake. However,this second total seemed higher than we were expecting. When we asked him if he had inputed our coupons, he said that he indeedhad. When he gave us our receipt, my wife and I looked at it together and confirmed that he had not inputted the coupons. Thetwo stars are for the food, which was all that we were expecting from a fast food restaurant. The missing stars are for the poorcustomer service: for someone who did not do what he said he did nor took the time to confirm that the price points had reducedaccordingly, especially during a time when businesses and restaurants are struggling and customer service should be at its bestto compensate patrons for their business. We won't be coming back again--not when there is comparable food with much betterservice nearby. Read more

Asked for no toppings on my burger and he didn?t listen. Also got close to raw bacon on my sons burger. The guy working the... register is too busy hiding and messing with his phone to take orders when people show up. We all have to wait a while for himto notice. Fries and other stuff were cooked well other than the cheese curds were over cooked. I?ll give it one more try butit?s not the best. The picture doesn?t convey the floppy slimy bacon.
