First time at a French restaurant and definitely not my last! I ordered the Poulet Roti (herb roasted chicken with ratatouille)... and it was very flavorful! The poached pear Helene was divine, and the waiter even brought out another one without nuts toaccommodate my mother, who is allergic to tree nuts. Excellent service and atmosphere. Read more

My husband brought me here for date night and it was immaculate. I cannot and will not stop raving about this place. The service... was amazing. You can tell a restaurant’s quality is good if their own manager is on the floor helping and Bistro Provenancedid just that! The food was a great price for the quality. We will definitely be back and highly recommend it to folks who wanta really nice night out on the town. Bistro Provenance is just what Provo needed! Read more

Delicious and the environment is great. I love the open kitchen. I highly recommend the prime rib and the orange duck. The beef... was cooked a bit well done at first, we told the server and he gave us a new one that’s medium rare.\nBone marrow is also goodand oyster.\nThe onion soup is not the best I’ve had, too salty for me, but it’s cook correctly and you might likeit.\nDessert is great. Loved it.\nService is average, actually not quite satisfied when the waitress asked us whether we wantthe dessert menu the moment the entree was put on the table, felt like she wanted to rush us out. We went opening night, the food was good and the service was friendly. They had a few opening night bugs, but overall a great... experience! The price was fair. You can tell they are taking themselves very seriously and are trying to put you as a diner inFrance. I will be going back for the good food! Read more
