At the head of the line was Parker I'm assuming the manager and was super great with conducting the line of service with the... soup area, sandwich area, and salad area. He also spoke fluent Spanish with one of his co-workers and was an amazing leader tohis service team in the busy dinner rush schedule. Read more

I was looking for something a little different for dinner, not a big meal but something satisfying. I had heard about Zupas and... thought I would give it a try. I had a tasty Wisconsin cheese cauliflower soup. The soup was good but a bit watery inconsistency. I also had a Cuban sandwich which was tasted almost like a traditional Cuban but used a different style of pork.Overall I would go back again. It's a locally owned chain and I like to support local businesses when I'm on vacation. Read more

All of our food was delicious. We all ordered the try two combo. Everyone enjoyed their soup and their sandwiches. My three... teens and I ordered some form of the ultimate grilled cheese sandwich and two of my teens ordered the chicken noodle soup. Myother teen and I ordered the enchilada chili and it was excellent. I am never disappointed with Cafe Zupas and this was nodifferent. Read more

I hadn?t ever heard of Zupa?s when moving to Utah and it?s easily become one of my everyday favorites. It?s HEALTHY, FRESH,... DELICIOUS... and great cost. I?d recommend it to anyone new to Utah. I love the variety, but most of all that I?m eating fresh! Read more

Cafe Zupas is consistently excellent. However the strawberries today are very small. The average strawberry I receive here has... got to be at least twice the volume of this little baby. ???? Customer service was great today. ???? I think you shouldconsider a 3 combo where you can buy soup, salad, and sandwich. I would buy it for sure. ???? Read more

Honest review, Zupas is a dumb operation. Just terrible planning. They place all their NUTS, TREE NUTS, and other types of... common allergens up against the glass, across the other ingredients, so when they scoop up nuts for people those nuts easilyfall into the other ingredients. They claim they give you kids mac and cheese, but it's not. All it is is egg noodle withCauliflower soup poured on top. That's not mac and cheese. My kids don't like it, my nephews and nieces don't like it, and I'msure your kids won't like it. Ridiculous prices for what you get. I looked up what they pay employees, because i assumed atthose prices they paid well, nope. Everyone makes under 14/hour. More than half the staff doesn't wear a hat or hair net tokeep their hair from falling in your food. This is 6 out of 12 people mind you. They dip old strawberries in chocolate most ofthe time. The wait is forever, because they use the same line for online orders. Doesn't matter if you've been waiting longerthan that online order that just came in, that online order is given priority. They don't heat up their steak and cheesesandwich unless you request to have it heated. Is cold steak and cheese a common request? Pfft, no. They charge SO MUCH formix-ins in your soup. 70 cents for 5 tiny onion crisps? Really? And the tables are always a mess, so i never sit down. Thisisnt just one experience, the only reason i go to Zupas is because of the desserts. It's the only thing good there, and theytry to market themselves as a healthy option, lol. Anyways, skip this place. Read more

Delicious, fast, and affordable! My wife and I love to eat here. The food is fresh and prepared quickly, the environment is fun,... and it is overall a fantastic place to eat. The food is great. I usually get the Honey Bacon Club and the Wisconsin Cauliflowersoup, they go fantastically together! My wife got the Avocado Bacon Grilled Cheese and it was one of the best sandwiches I?vetasted there. (I stole a bite of course!) And her salad, the Strawberry Harvest, was fresh and sweet, a nice contrast to thesalt of the sandwich. Overall, 5/5 stars for taste, speed, and experience. Read more
