We brought a Free hamburger Cool Kids coupon that we got on Pioneer Day. The Carls Jr staff called the owner and she said they... wouldn?t honor it :( they said the coupon expired in 2014 but that is the copyright year of the coupon. We decided not to orderand go to a different burger restaurant. We ended up taking the coupon to the other Carl?s Jr in Orem where they honored it. Read more

They went out of their way twice to help me. They accidentally forgot something OR it didn't make it on the receipt for some... reason. I offered to check my receipt and pay if it wasn't there. They didn't mind and got me the item. My father accidentallythrew away my drink,I went and told them the situation and they gave me another cup. DO NOT GO HERE!! The management is terrible!! I wanted to go inside and ask if I could use a coupon I had. It was only 9:30 and... they had closed the doors so the only option was the drive through, even thought they are open until 11:00. I explained that Ihad a buy one get one free and they didn't understand. They would not take my coupon and made me buy both burgers. The last two times I have gotten the wrong order. The woman working the drive through simply cannot understand what I?m saying... and vice versa. I ordered two burgers, I thought she miss understood me so I tried to clarify at window, she added anotherburger costing an extra $5, and didn?t clarify this. I went through the drive thru and initially ordered a grilled chicken salad the young lady mentioned they no longer serve the... salad they discontinued it one year ago I was about to drive off for some reason. Then I decided to order a combo #13 and amedium Fanta drink light ice and when I got home I discovered there was a bug on the inside of the lid I am an unhappy customerand this is very unsanitary for Carl's Jr to have bugs in their facility I am very shocked. Meals can be a decent price when they're running a promo. They offer a Beyond burger option, which is vegetarian. Other that... that this is your typical burger and fries fast food. Read more
I went to get breakfast at 7:30am 11.19.22. Carl's has a 2 for $4 on sourdough sausage sandwiches. When I ordered it and got to... the window she told me $10 and change. I told no it isn't. She back pedaled and told me my order and then re told me $10 andchange. I told her it was 2 for 4$. She said "You have to ask for it". I then got breakfast at McDonalds.
