Reviews for Crumbl Cookies - Provo in Provo, UT
Love the consistency across stores and locations. That being said, there certainly is difference in the employees and the... general feel. This location has more of an open concept where you can see the entirety of the store, the mixing and bakingareas, etc. The employees were kind and helpful. This location was out of the cookie that we had come in for. They were kindabout it and gave us details on the wait time until more would be ready. I took a star off for being out of a popular rotatingitem. Very clean store. Read more

The employees at the Provo store were very friendly and cheerful! The cookies are always delicious. They?re big and dense and... yummy. I also ordered one while out of state for someone else to pick up. The app wouldn?t let me push ?I?m here? because theapp could track my location and new I was far away. I called up the store (in Covington, Wa) and they took care of it, noproblem. I have only had good experiences with Crumbl. Read more
Me and my wife go here at least once a month. It?s always packed. The cookies are delicious. The ice cream is nothing to write... home about, but the cookies? To die for. It?s clean, the workers are nice and they always do a great job. Read more
We need to have a serious talk about squandered potential. Churro cookie? Sounds delicious... Why does it taste like imitation... cinnamon extract paired with a Yankee candle perfume? I swear there is something off about the taste, like some strange spicewas added or there were too many preservatives or artificial ingredients. My roommate likes it and doesn't normally likecinnamon... He says this doesn't taste like cinnamon, more like a candle. The orange cookie was cake. Take Goodly Cookie lemoncookies and substitute orange. It will be better, I promise. An actual cookie instead of a cakey cookie. The mint one againtastes artificial, a common theme, and Chip Cookie Co and Goodly Cookies don't have this issue. Could you take out whatever itis and just make the cookies new each day? There's something off, it doesn't taste like real mint, or artificial peppermint thatcan be done well... Just tastes like a very faint, poorly synthesized mint perfume. Last we have the turtle cookie. The onlyreal thing seems to be the nuts and caramel. The caramel was the best part. I'd have loved stronger chocolate flavors and morenuts throughout. This would be fine for a cookie from the grocery store, but when I go to cookie shops I don't expect basicbuttercream frostings, off notes, and artificial/preservative flavors. Update: added a star because one friend found the turtleone not bad. Read more

Crumbl cookies are delicious and unique. Each week they choose new flavors to feature that are so creative. Sometimes I don?t... like a specific flavor, but they are always getting feedback and improving their recipes. I consistently love their chilledfrosted sugar cookie, it is AMAZING! Their boxes of cookies also make great gifts. If you found this review helpful, pleaselike it so Google and I know. Thanks! Read more
I wish I could give 5 stars. As far as the cookies go, 5 stars all the way! Their service on the other hand is extremely slow,... specifically for curbside orders. I?ve waited as long as 15-20 min in the pickup spot and they don?t bring them out until you goinside or just wait for forever in your car. I understand that this is not the biggest problem in the world, it?s not hard towalk inside to go get my gourmet overpriced cookies, but why offer curbside if you don?t even bring them out? A littlefrustrating. Read more
