I was shocked at how expensive this place has gotten. The portion sizes, if anything, have gotten smaller since the pandemic (I... hate this excuse) and the quality has definitely declined. I mean almost $75 for 2 adults and 2 kids at a fast casualrestaurant?? A kids meal comes with fruit and you get 3 grapes and 2 apple slices. The full size trip tip salad could fit in thepalm of my hand and goes for $14. We used to come here all the time but now we just leave feeling like the food was mediocre andwe got ripped off. Every couple of months we try again hoping that they will have returned to the quality that they were knownfor but here I am writing this review. Read more

Rosemary fries were great. However, the burgers were disappointing. Although the textures were good, there was no... seasoning/salt/sauce. Any burger in the menu tastes like any other, and they?re all bland. The Gypsy burger tasted like it wascooked beside BBQ sauce but they forgot to put any on. If La Croix made a burger, that?s what it would taste like. The Houdiniwas the same. Overall, not worth the money. Read more

Cubby's seems to be going downhill. The food is overpriced for portions that seem to be getting smaller and the taste isn't what... it used to be. Had an especially disappointing experience this last visit. Several LED lights were flickering consistently andthe track lighting is pointing diagonally so it's flickering in several peoples eyes at most tables. We asked several times ifthey could do something about it. (we had already bought our food or we would have left) They said they'd check with themanager. Never heard anything. Finally went up and spoke to someone who we thought was the manager and she gave us a prettyrude: "nothing we can do about it". How about grabbing a stool taking out a the bulbs? This isn't a short-handed issue like somerestaurants. There seemed to be just as many employees as there were customers. Management and staff need some training oncustomer communication. Probably not much you can do about price, portion sizes and taste, but the place never seems very busyso I'm probably not the only one that is recognizing this. Good luck Cubby's Read more

This exceeded expectations. It was definitely different that I expected but it was good different. The flavors were great and... the prices were pretty reasonable. The service was friendly. It wasn't very fast but that probably has to do with the fact thatthere was a steady stream of customers rolling through the entire time we were there. they were out of the ingredients to makeone of the sandwiches I wanted to try, which was annoying but I guess that gives me a reason to come back. Overall, it was verygood and I would recommend it Read more

I wanted to come here a second time before making a decision, because the first time I had it to go and the food was a bit cold... and not very good. Came here with my wife, somehow the Buffalo fries were even colder than the first time. Apart from that, theburgers taste good, but they're pretty small. They feel about as filling as in and out, but cost $9-$11 a pop. The Mac andcheese is pretty bland, I had to toss it in the Buffalo and blue cheese to give it any flavor. Overall, feels pretty overhyped. Read more

Literally the first thing I said when I took my first bite was ?Wow, that?s some great flavor!? This is one of the best burgers... I?ve had in a while. The fries were also really good, and a great portion size for the price. The interior was very clean andopen and the staff were very inviting and prompt. Definitely will be coming back here! I got the DragonSlayer burger and theBuffalo Bleu fries. Read more

We were recommended to try Cubby's for lunch, in particular the Tri-Tip Steak Salad. It was PACKED when we arrived on a Saturday... afternoon. The line took maybe 15-20mins to get to the front, but at least their menu is on the wall by the line so you candecide before you get up there. The cashier said they enjoyed their tomato soup, so I ordered that and the Tri-Tip Salad. My bfordered the Buffalo Chicken Salad, both with an extra, free side of dressing (you're charged after the first side for eachsalad). The flavor of the soup was good, although I wish it had more chunk to it. It was just a little boring. I'd have to saythe same for the salads -- the dressings look great when described on paper, but the flavor was watery and bland. The saladswere skimpy -- definitely could have given us more lettuce, especially for the prices they charge for their full sizes! Thesteak and chicken were tender enough. Nothing extraordinary. Even if you're eating in, they bring all the food in disposablecontainers. I'm guessing they're doing this because of COVID, but I am not a fan of the waste at all. Read more

My office really enjoys getting food from Cubby?s because of the steak salads. I tried to torta this time and it was pretty... flavorful but very small. Overall the food quality is high and definitely worth trying. Ordering the food online is kind of apain, I would probably order them more for lunch if they had a more user-friendly experience or app to use. I really like thefries that they have there and will definitely order those again. My favorite sandwich at this point is the dragonslayer. Read more
