Sept. 9th 2022 - Saturday at 7 put an online order in to pickup at the store. Never got any updates, so I went in to pick up my... pizza at the estimated time. The store was closed. But Google maps had it as open... I did get a single text that Jada wasworking on my order. Hours wasted with starving kids, ended up at Culver's because of how late it got with no pizza. Read more

The location that I normally order from is closed so I decided to give this one a shot. I had to order carside because delivery... wasn?t an option. It all seemed to be fine until I got home. The pizza was wrong. I called them and no one answered. I calledagain and they finally answered and said they could either give me a free pizza for my next order, or they could make it againand I could come and get it. They wouldn?t deliver because my original order wasn?t delivery. I opted for the free pizza becauseI didn?t want to go all the way back in. I have yet to receive a code or coupon for it. I tried calling them about it thinkingmaybe it takes time to show up, but they don?t answer the phone! Never again! Heed everyone else?s warnings. Read more

Ordered on the app, pasta and desert. After delivery (which was supposed to be contactless) went to eat my food and it was... someone else?s order. How did the delivery guy have me sign my receipt but then give me the food and receipt of a completelydifferent order? Tried to call for an hr straight to get my order and no one answered.. wth???? 0/5 I gave them another chance and regretted it. I don't care if you're short-staffed, slammed, or whatever it is; you should be... calling the customer as soon as there is a delay. I shouldn't be waiting 2 hours + for a cold order, let alone not knowingwhat's going on. I worked delivery and management at a Pizza Hut for over a year and know what the business is like. Your crewis either overworked or lazy. You, the company, need to fix it or shut it down. Read more

If you can order from another dominos I recommend it, this place is so close but they always are short staffed. Had them leave... at the wrong door before at another neighbors house. last order I finally drove into the store after an hour waiting for thedelivery to go out from the quality check and them never answering phones.
