Oh my gosh the Kolaches are wonderful! We ordered the cheese, egg, sausage and the sausage gravy Kolaches. They were delicious... and filling. The crust was light and flavorful and the filling was very tasty. With the store opening at 6:30 a.m., by the timewe arrived at 8:00 a.m. many of the selections were gone. They have a great business and we will definitely return! Read more

A staple for breakfast food in Provo. The simple Bacon, Eggs, and cheese is my all time favorite. Warm and savory, but the sweet... ones are also a great choice. If you plan on having some kn the weekend, come early since it gets busy. I will definitely bevisiting again! Read more

I got the peach cobbler and a hamburger kolache and both were delicious. I would definitely recommend. This place is so popular... there is usually a line out the door but it moves quick and the food is well worth the wait Read more

Wow!! We came here on a whim for breakfast. 12/10 would recommend again for breakfast. It was so good we actually came back a... few minutes later to get seconds. We each had 2 savory and 1 sweet kolache(s) for breakfast. Read more

The Kolaches were pretty good. I got the bacon, egg and cheese with Jalapeño peppers, which was really good. I ate the rest of... my daughter's which was a regular ham and cheese, and the last bite had an egg shell in it. Everything was great up until thatpoint, but that made the experience not so great for me personally. I know a lot of people really like the Kolaches. Hopefullythey read this review and are a little more careful when they prepare the eggs. If I could give half stars I would give them a3.5 Read more

I used to live in Texas and developed a love for kolaches, which are best described as similar to a pig-in-a-blanket. However,... you don?t see them much outside of Texas and, I assume, Czechoslovakia. When I visited Provo and saw this kolache place, I hadto try it. The restaurant looked permanently closed but I saw it open one morning and went in. These are probably more authenticthan Texas kolaches, but there are many varieties. I had the sausage gravy kolache and a peach danish. Both were delicious. Myonly complaint is that there was no coffee. To round out my breakfast, I had to go to the coffee shop down the street. There isalso no room to eat inside. On a nice day, this isn?t a problem, but the line does back out onto the sidewalk at times. Greatplace! I?d go again if I have the chance. Read more

Some many varieties, so much reminder of home in Texas. Hruska's Kolaches sell until they're out which is usually before noon.... My favorite is the sausage and egg. Perfect parking that isn't occupied early in the morning, in and out in about 5 minutes, Igo here whenever possible. You should too. Read more

Went here for the first time today! Tried a few but my favorite so far is the sausage egg and cheese. I wasn?t sure how early I... had to arrive, and at 7:30 there was no line, but they had a flavor or two sold out. I will be back for sure! Read more
