They used to be a lot better. The smoothies are inconsistent. They vary between good, fine, and pretty bad depending on when you... go and who makes it. Staff is friendly though and their acai bowls are good. ?? So I?m back again and they just keep gettingworse. I?ve been waiting 20 minutes for a smoothie. No special requests. Just a basic smoothie. They have served the four peoplethat were in line behind me. They weren?t called in orders. They ordered here, after me. I included a tip when I paid, hopingthat would be a motivator to do a good job. I?m so irritated. I asked what was going on and the girl didn?t take accountabilityand said she wasn?t making it but that someone else was. I?m so over the poor service and inconsistent quality. ? Finally I wentto the register and asked for a refund after a nearly 30 minute wait. I have a busy day and didn?t have time and was sofrustrated. The girl went back to the back after I asked for a refund! I just wanted to get out of there! She came back with hercoworker and it took them a minute to figure out how to do a refund. The smoothie was finally done but I told them I?d ratherjust get my refund and leave. Before I left they insisted I take the smoothie. It?s probably the worst smoothie I?ve had here todate. Seriously so good! I don't come often enough. Prices have gone up, and some pricier ingredients eliminated, but flavors remain... pretty much the same.
