They used to be a lot better. The smoothies are inconsistent. They vary between good, fine, and pretty bad depending on when you... go and who makes it. Staff is friendly though and their acai bowls are good. ?? So I?m back again and they just keep gettingworse. I?ve been waiting 20 minutes for a smoothie. No special requests. Just a basic smoothie. They have served the four peoplethat were in line behind me. They weren?t called in orders. They ordered here, after me. I included a tip when I paid, hopingthat would be a motivator to do a good job. I?m so irritated. I asked what was going on and the girl didn?t take accountabilityand said she wasn?t making it but that someone else was. I?m so over the poor service and inconsistent quality. ? Finally I wentto the register and asked for a refund after a nearly 30 minute wait. I have a busy day and didn?t have time and was sofrustrated. The girl went back to the back after I asked for a refund! I just wanted to get out of there! She came back with hercoworker and it took them a minute to figure out how to do a refund. The smoothie was finally done but I told them I?d ratherjust get my refund and leave. Before I left they insisted I take the smoothie. It?s probably the worst smoothie I?ve had here todate. Seriously so good! I don't come often enough. Prices have gone up, and some pricier ingredients eliminated, but flavors remain... pretty much the same. I went to Ivie for a couple of smoothies, which were pretty good for the price. A buddy of mine did their 5-Day Juice Cleanse... and said that it was pretty good. I didn't rate "5 starts" because of the vibe inside the store ? it felt like I want there fora drink at all. I get it, the sign with the products and the fridge with juice, it should have have it away. But itdidn't. Nonetheless, try it out. The product itself is pretty good. Read more
Their açaí bowls are amazing. My wife also did a 7 day juice cleanse here and it was pretty inspiring. I mean she felt pretty... good after but it mainly inspired us to create more juice combos (we are big juicers at home). But I love their immunity shotsas well. Can?t wait to try their smoothies. Their decadent smoothies are amazing and make great desserts and the bigger size can definitely be shared.
