We showed up at about 8pm on Friday. The cafe was basically empty. Just a handful of people. We ordered two hot chocolate?s and... a pastry from the case. Should?ve been quick, but we waited 10 minutes and watched other people receive their drinks who hadcome in after us. We had to ask a worker to fill our order. She brought back only half of our order despite having the ticket inher hand, and we had to remind her that we had 2 drinks. Never once did she say a word to us. No apology. No explanation. Weasked, did our order just get forgotten? She said, oh we?re just really backlogged and short staffed. Again, we were in anear-empty cafe and there seemed to be plenty of people working. What more, she had her AirPods in and seemed completelyuninterested in our experience. Super disappointing. Won?t be back to this location. Read more
A little disappointed today. My partner and I love kneaders, but today we had soup that was lukewarm, a grilled cheese with... cheese that wasnt melted, and a turkey sandwich with all the toppings placed in the center. The food tasted good overall, but itjust seemed a little lazy. Read more

Large avocado salad with a slice of sourdough bread! Yummy! Plus, a loaf of their seasonal sweetbread that I take home will... always quickly disappear by the family, and if you want to be a thoughtful neighbor, bring home two! Or three. ???? Everythingon their menu is on point. We enjoy Kneaders for breakfast, lunch, and dinner with our family. Sometimes we dine in but often wepick up and eat at home. It's a great place to meet up with a friend to reconnect! I often see groups having ?business?meetings. I always know I?m getting fresh and fabulous food! Every location never disappoints! Read more
I've heard really great things about kneaders and about how delicious their bread products are. So I thought I would give them a... try today and I ordered the turkey cranberry croissant. The croissant absolutely spectacular great flavor a nice butteryrichness and that's as far as it goes, very little in the line of turkey salad. I was very disappointed in how meager theportion is for the price that they charged. I don't think it's a place that I will ever go to again when I can go to almost anyfast food sandwich joint and get a bigger portion of meat and cheese for less money. Out of half the lunch menu at 11:30 AM, the entire restaurant was absolutely filthy. None of the tables were washed and the food... was cold. Disgusting and disappointing. EDIT: this is actually so bad I have to post again waited forever for food to come withno one in line. Employees are on their phones while there is trash all over the restaurant and the stagnant smell from the wateron the floor is overwhelming. Stay AWAY from this chain. So disgusting. Read more
Went in and got a to go order of the French dip. They did a horrible job packaging it. The entire sandwich was soaked. Also in... 2021, any extra pies that were pre sold but not picked up, they would sell half off. In 2022, they decided to make 2x eachpie?pretty frustrated to have them change their policy year after year. Anyways this place is going downhill? but what I willsay is their raspberry bread pudding is worth going for. Read more
