Fanceroni Fail. I was lured in by ads featuring a far better looking pizza than this. Don?t waste your time. Pizza was late;... no surprise there for a friday. They made this with less than half the claimed 100 pepperoni pieces. No sauce and cheese tothe edges. Zero pride in workmanship. Take a look at their website pictures and description and then behold what was passedoff as a Fanceroni. They should be ashamed of themselves if the people working there had any shame. Mgr seemed to beconstantly getting creative about handing out late orders. The things the employees said to each other too. Had it not been sobeyond the promised delivery time i would not have gotten such an earful. I was told they had my pizza, but now they don?t, butno worries they are making it right now, 5 minutes! I would be fine with the delay if i was given a proper Fanceroni. At leastit was still okay tasting but i should have taken a regular hot and ready saving myself time and money. Shoulda gone literallyanywhere else to eat. Please, learn from my mistakes, and those of countless others who have been let down here. Read more
What?s fun about this location is you never know what?s going to happen. Sometimes you get the pizza you ordered an hour later... than estimated. Sometimes it?s in the ?portal? but they never let you know. Sometimes they never finish your order at all! Myfavorite one though was while waiting an hour for my order in the lobby one employee sat at the front and turned every customerafter me away with a ?sorry we aren?t selling anything anymore? and when pushed for details would give some excuse that theywere out of ingredients or they didn?t have anyone working there to make pizza. It was incredible. Eventually she went to theback and told the other employees that she ?saved? them by turning away everyone. I finally went back and asked them if theywould ever finish my online order and what do you know? It had been sitting back there the whole time :) truly an excitingexperience! Read more
My experience here was awful. I ordered my pizza and saw and they told me there would be a 15 minute wait and I was okay with... that and then 20 minutes later I came up and asked and they said just 10 more minutes and then i went and sat down and watchedone of the dudes in the back pull his saggy pants up and wipe his nose before continuing to grab the breadsticks with hisunclean hands. Then after 30 minutes of still not getting the pizza I went up and asked for a refund nicely cuz it was justtaking to long and I wasn?t really interested in having that pizza anymore???? and they said they would have their manager issuemy refund that night. Not all Little Caesars suck?but this one does. Took well over an hour for my order to be done - I also received an email saying... ?your food is done!? So I came in to get it. I was told ?it isn?t quite done yet??.20 min later I?m here in the waiting areawith twelve other people (I counted) getting my frustration out by typing this review. I ordered pizza online from this place, it took over half an hour and nothing happened so i headed to the store. They said they... would have cancelled my order if I didn?t come in? Took half an hour and I finally got my food. They asked to see my order andsomehow, my WHOLE ORDER was messed up. The pizza was in two separate boxes, the breadsticks had NOTHING on them. They even gaveus extra fresh breadsticks because they felt bad, but literally nothing on them. I had to add parmesan cheese to thebreadsticks. My pizza should?ve been half onions, and then half pepperonis and black olives. Onions was on all of the pizza, thepizza was half cold, and both halves were in two different boxes? The pizza was good. The line was slow only one person helping take orders. They asked if I would like crazy bread. I said I... would like to try the crazy bread with cheese. They didn't have any. So I took regular crazy bread. It was super greasy, andjust a messed up clump. I tried to call and let them know but no one answered the phone. I wouldn't reccomend the crazy bread.At least at this location. Read more
I didn't want to do this, but this location has left me no choice! The employees are nice, but this location is ALWAYS... understaffed. That is on the owner! I'm not sure if they are just trying to get by with the fewest amount of employees possible(to keep more money for themselves), if they are just not paying enough to staff the place (again, to keep more money forthemselves), or if they just are awful at hiring solid employees, but either way it results in a stressed out staff and terribleservice. The poor staff was destined for failure from the start. The "hot and ready" jingle is an idea of the past. I haveordered pizza, waited for hours, and then had to tell my daughter that we are not getting pizza that night because the poorstaff is having to deal with managers walking out, employees not showing up, or the owner not staffing enough for that night(one of those three has happened the last 5 times we have gone to this location). Sadly, we will no longer be returning to thislocation until it is under new management. I am sick of having to wonder if I will actually be getting a pizza as I wait hourspast my scheduled pick up. Pretty disappointed by this Little Caesars today. There was a long line and it was moving much slower than usual for a Little... Caesars. The pizza was poorly made, with all the pepperonis to one side and 2 inches of crust on half of the pizza. To top itall off, there was a big hair in one of the slices I ate. I'm avoiding this location from now on. Read more
