The staff here were absolutely great! The prices are also great. Fast service. And this location is new, so it's super nice and... clean. Tho I picked up a pepperoni cheese stuffed crust pizza... And the pizza was not even close to done! It was superdoughy/undercooked. I didn't wanna have to drive all the way back to this location, from my home. And then wait for another oneto be made, and cooked longer so it wasn't all doughy. So I just heated up my oven and finished cooking the pizza myself. Thisdefinitely was inconvenient. But maybe they are still working on getting the ovens set to the correct temperature. Idk. I didcall and let them know. But wasn't offered a refund or anything, just an apology. It's a Little Caesars, one of the better ones. It's exactly what you'd expect. Sometimes they tell you your pizza will be done... in 15 minutes, and it's done in 5, other times it's another 30 minutes. Read more

I had to wait around 10 minutes for something that was supposed to be Hot-N-Ready. It was also a time that was extremely slow,... so there was no excuse for the wait. Because they weren?t accurate with their Hot-N-Ready marketing at this location, Iwouldn?t recommend here. Read more

I had a door dash order to pick up last night. Having worked at a little Caesars I was very disappointed in not only the... customer service I was shown but the others waiting as well. Employees were swearing in the back. I?m not 100% sure who Gordonis but they were talking VERY poorly about him. I assume he?s a manager. However I waited over a half hour for 2 pizzas and abrownie. They didn?t even put my order in, and it wasn?t until I had already waited over 10 minutes they realized their mistake.And they still showed no urgency to fix this mistake. So happy to have one close to home. I want to start by saying all of these kids deserve a raise. I don't know everybody behind... the scenes but I know Kyler Jackman and Gage Davis absolutely deserve a raise. Service was slow tonight, waited almost 25 minutes for a cheese pizza and a pepperoni pizza that was served to us with what... seems to not have any sauce. This has been a reacquiring theme at this location and it?s always a gamble on weather or notyou?re going to get a good pizza. Also the pizza is dry but extremely greasy?!? This is the best Little Cesar's in Provo. This is the only Little Cesar's in Provo that actually had hot and ready pizzas when I... stopped by! The employees were great. The pizza actually looked like a pizza (which can't always be said about the other two LCin Provo). Bottom line, I am so grateful this location opened and delivers the food and service that the Little Cesar franchisespreach, but the other two Provo locations fall dramatically short from. Read more
