From time to time I enjoy a nice, frosty, delicious Diet Coke, and nobody does Diet Coke better than McDonald's. For whatever... reason, this McDonald's is INCAPABLE of giving me Diet Coke, and almost always gives me regular Coke. Even after clarifyingmultiple times that I ordered Diet Coke, I still got handed regular Coke. It's not hard. Don't give people Coke when they askfor Diet Coke. Read more
Arrived at store 7:15PM, order at inside chaos. Waited 20 plus minutes. And having to ask about our meal . Our meal came good... 15 minutes later. Our grandkid even complained. We eat once or twice a month through drive up and have never had an issue. But this night, employees where loud and horsing around. Unacceptable! HATE that there is no personal service anymore. About 75% of the time this particular store misses a sandwich. It's so common I'm wondering if they get told to leave items out.... So tired of it happening. And this is how one of the sandwiches was wrapped. Open to the world. Read more
We went about an hour before closing and the staff was still pretty nice. The kiosks that you order from are a little slow and... can completely freeze up. The cheese burgers I ordered both were fairly overcooked. Guessing they were just in the warmer for avery long time. Fries were good though! Read more
Great customer service is great. Provo hasn't changed prices that much. Still 1$ coffee and tge 2 for 4$ changed to buy 1 get 1... for 1$ Tasty and hot and good. Good Job ***** Read more
Had a great experience ordering on the app this morning and was greeted, as I came in the door, with my food by a very pleasant... female employee in a yellow vest who dispensed breakfast and a greeting to everyone this morning. I wish I could have seen herbadge as employees like this are so rare. She's a keeper! Read more
Nice staff, however I will never go there again especially that location. They almost gave me the wrong order, which happens... sometimes. then I get home and find my sandwiches just thrown in the bag not even wrapped all the way. They were all smotheredin so much sauce that all you could really see is soggy bread and mayo. The shredded lettuce looked rotten. I didnt even get myfries. It almost looked as if it was dropped in the trash and then picked up and given to me.I threw it all away. Theydefinitely need some proper training on how to make a sandwich and how to bag it right. It also wouldn't hurt if they cleaned upthe restaurant too. It's sad because this location used to be the best as well as the cleanest location around. Read more
Foot prints all over tables, food on floors and soda spilled and sticky. Yuck! Guys just standing at the front of lobby not... doing a dang thing and the one lady up front was snappy with me when I asked for a fork. Like there's no way the night crew evendid their jobs because the place was filthy when I got there at 8ish am. Read more
