I remember that there was a phone number on the drive thru window for the manager or franchise owner and when I am back that way... I will call it not because I am a Karen but because an employee tried giving me anaphylaxis. I asked for no pickles no onionsand they repeated it back to me so I know they heard me. I got home and saw this. I have a food handlers permit as well and Iknow the training explains the potentially fatal consequences of this pettiness (I didn't mean to be rude if I was and genuinelyhad no idea I had upset staff or would have apologized). Either the employee working the drive thru window between 12:30-1:30today (I didn't look at the clock til now so I have to estimate when I went through the line) didn't complete their foodhandlers training or they are willing to kill customers at the slightest inconvenience and may need to work somewhere moresuited to their temperamental nature. Most recent visit: I typically have no problems at this location; however, I ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit sandwich... and a sausage burrito. The burrito was fine but the sandwich was seriously messed up. It was sausage instead of bacon and therewas no cheese. I had already driven off so rip. Hey great people work here. I ordered 2 spicy mcchickens, 2 waters, and 1 medium fry. To great my great surprise, they gave me... massive water cups. This is awesome being as I drink a lot of water. Thanks McDonald's, you've done it again! Read more
worst service ever. had to speak to them in english and spanish and i still got ignored. i get working in the food industry is... hell but customers always come first. this mcdonald?s was good until today. do better! this is really upsetting we had to movedown the street to carl?s jr. cus these people ruined our mcdonald?s experience. This store has, in my experience, always had fast service and food that's fresh. I would've done 5 stars but the curbside pickup... was closed for the 3rd time. And of course the ice cream machines weren't working but still the workers here are great and veryprofessional. Read more
Bought my son a kids meal today, they gave him rotten apples which is really concerning and disappointing. The fries were also... cold enough my son said ewe I don?t want these, keep in mind he?s 3 and is not that picky especially when it comes to McDonald?sso if he said that than clearly it was NOT good, I wish I could find an email to directly contact the owner and see what theycan do to fix this, I spend a lot of money here and I?m not sure I would ever go to this location again after this. The ?big mystery? question What is this? Lol dark, burnt over oily on a ?possibly week old bun? A filet o fish? I spoke with one... of the Supervisors Madison who said? oh yeah it?s the new guy he keeps burning the food?just go on the Uber eats app and get arefund? forget we paid a fee plus a tip. My question why are you guys allowing burnt food to be served? We literally had tothrow them away it was so gross! But then, McDonald?s really isn?t known ?to care about customers?
