Most disappointing $9 I?ve ever spent on a pizza. I get it, having it on campus is convenient, so you can charge a bit more. But... $9 for a piece of cold cardboard partially covered in sauce is a bad choice. It?s a large burnt cracker with cold cheese. Neveragain. Read more
I ordered from the Papa John's app, and have now waited 3 hours for my order to be made, come to find out when I called the... store in Provo, they're temporarily closed, even Orem is too. I called customer service, to which I was told they'll submit arefund ticket to higher management to be looked at, and it'll take 3-5 days. How can I get my refund asap?? ???? Read more
I love papa John?s crust. But the pizza I got at this papa John?s had very thin burnt crust. It was awful. And it?s not like... it?s super cheap? I still had to pay $7 for it. I?ll always recommend papa John?s but not this one. Wish I could give it -100stars. Read more
Papa John's is usually my favorite pizza place. I don't know if there's something wrong with the personal pizzas, or with this... establishment, but they don't seem to know how to cook a pizza here... I've been here twice and both times the dough on mypizza was still stretchy and definitely not cooked. Papa Johns keeps it pretty low-key, but the food is great and if you get the most bang for your buck.
So gross. So expensive. Barely counts as pizza dough because it barely rises at all. Make a pita bread pizza yourself at home... for 1/4 the cost and twice the flavor. Read more
